Shohei Ohtani
Shohei Ohtani was awarded the 2024 National League MVP, unanimously winning the honor for the third time in four years. He’s the first player to earn a unanimous MVP vote all three times. He is the first Japanese-born player to hit for the cycle in MLB history, the first player to make an All-Star team as a pitcher and hitter, and the first player to hit 30 home runs and win 10 games as a pitcher in the same season. In 2024 he led the Los Angeles Dodgers to winning the World Series.
