Panorama is an enclave of 36 single story patio villas and two-story townhomes, master-planned and detailed by Janine Shinoki-Evans of Ethos Architects (formerly Clifford Design). The firm’s work, with its warm sensibility and classic themes, is prominent throughout the resort and the Hawaiian Islands. There are three designs, all offered with four bedrooms. The two-story townhomes feature a pool on the lower level, and expansive lanais on the upper level. The single-story “flats” will provide more than 75-feet of rooms along the glass-line view. The first phase of development will soon be under construction, with reservations now being taken.  These homes will be home to one family, or, four that will enjoy the residence jointly as co-owners. Jointly-owned residences are delivered fully furnished, turnkey, and such co-ownership arrangements will be made through ihomz, our exclusive co-ownership company.
