Panorama is an enclave of 36 single story patio villas and two-story townhomes, master-planned and detailed by Janine Shinoki-Evans of Ethos Architects (formerly Clifford Design). The firm’s work, with its warm sensibility and classic themes, is prominent throughout the resort and the Hawaiian Islands. There are three designs, all offered four or five bedrooms. The two-story townhomes feature a pool on the lower level, and expansive lanais on the upper level. The single-story “flats” will provide more than 75-feet of rooms along the glass-line view. The first phase of development will soon be under construction, with reservations now being taken.
